Hydrate First Thing in the Morning Before the coffee hits your lips, drink 16 oz of water. It boosts your metabolism, flushes out toxins, and kickstarts your system for the day.

Move for Just 20 Minutes You don’t need an hour at the gym. A walk, bodyweight circuit, or quick HIIT session at home counts. Just move.

Prioritize Protein Protein helps with muscle repair and keeps you full. Aim for a protein source with every meal—eggs, chicken, tofu, Greek yogurt, you name it.
